Return Policy

  1. After receiving your order, you have up to 14 days to tell us that you want to cancel your order and return your goods. Once you have notified us of the return you have 14 days to return the goods back to us. When we have received the goods back, we will then process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back if the order was prepaid.
  2. If you do not return the goods in the allocated time, the goods will then become fully chargeable, and you will have 14 days to pay the order.
  3. If we have agreed to pay for a return label for the goods to be returned and you do not return the goods in the allocated time, the full amount of the order as well as the price of the return label will be chargeable.
